Bath's most famous tea shop, Sally Lunn a French refugee brought with her a recipe for a bun which became so famous it was named after her.
It was a favorite haunt of Beau Nash and the fashionable. There is an interesting museum in the cellar with remains of buildings from Roman times as well as medieval and Georgian cooking ovens.
